Founder of the House

Every branch of the House comes from a part of me.

House of Abundance is not simply a collection of services placed under one name. Each branch comes from a different part of me: the dancer and teacher, the community builder and experience curator, and the coach.

Different rooms, one purpose: creating environments where women can practice something meaningful and leave carrying more confidence, connection, knowledge, or possibility into their everyday lives.

The Studio in me

Dance was my first teacher.

I began dancing when I was eight years old. I loved it almost immediately, and by twelve I had already begun teaching. What kept me connected to teaching was not only my love of dance. It was witnessing what could happen when someone was given the right encouragement, structure, and opportunity to keep trying.

I loved watching someone enter a class believing they could not dance, feeling shy, worrying they would do something wrong, and then gradually realizing they were more capable than they thought. That hesitation was never evidence of a lack of ability. It was simply the body responding to something unfamiliar. With the right support, people can practice unfamiliar movements without attaching judgment to every attempt. Through repetition, encouragement, and small experiences of progress, trust develops. Movement becomes more natural. Confidence begins to grow.

This belief shapes the way I teach. My role is not only to demonstrate choreography. It is to create the conditions that help someone remain present long enough to discover what she can do.

Confidence is not something you need to arrive with. It is something you can practice.

The science

Understanding the mind & body

My Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Neuroscience from Concordia University gave me the scientific language for what I had already witnessed through dance: the mind and body are not separate systems. Our thoughts influence our breathing, our posture, our energy, and our willingness to act. And what we experience through the body shapes our confidence and our sense of what is possible.

I do not use neuroscience as a concept or a marketing term. I use it to curate the environment by considering how a class is paced, in the language, the music, the group dynamics, and the opportunities people are given to try again. These details decide whether someone feels judged by the learning process or supported through it. And these lessons do not remain in the studio: they become experiences women carry into other parts of their lives.

Dance is the vehicle, but the practice reaches far beyond the choreography.

Studio

Now enrolling

A place to practice through movement. This is the foundation of the House: my role is not only to demonstrate choreography, it is to create the conditions that help a woman remain present long enough to discover what she can do.

The season

The Collective

First gathering · September 9

A place to practice connection. Connection is not always something that happens automatically: like confidence and movement, it can be strengthened through practice. You do not have to plan the gathering or coordinate anyone. The experience is prepared for you: a reason to get dressed, leave the house, become playful, and meet other people.

The gatherings

The Room

Opening 2027-2028

A place to practice self-understanding, intentional action, and trust in your own capacity. I completed an ICF Level 2 coaching education because I wanted to support people more intentionally. What I love most about coaching is helping someone recognize who they already are, what they have already accomplished, and what they are capable of building next.

The philosophy

An echo of abbondanza.

My family taught me that when someone enters your home, they should leave with more than they came with. Abundance was never defined by excess or material wealth. It was communicated through generosity, food, hospitality, knowledge, encouragement, time, and care.

Sometimes that meant leaving with food from my Nonna's kitchen or something grown in my Nonno's garden. At other times, it meant leaving with advice, support, a story, laughter, reassurance, or the feeling that someone had genuinely considered what you might need.

Whether you enter through the Studio, the Collective, or The Room, I want you to leave with an echo of abundance: something meaningful that continues with you after the experience has ended.

House of Abundance is what naturally emerged when I brought all of these parts of myself together and gave them a home.
