Privacy policy

Who I am

House of Abundance is founded and operated by Felicia Vacirca, in the West Island of Montreal, Quebec. The house offers an adult heels dance program (the Studio), monthly gatherings for women (the Collective) and, starting in 2027-2028, coaching and wellness services (The Room). I am committed to protecting personal information in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

What I collect

• Through the contact form or by email: your name, your email address and your message.
• Through the reminder and notification sign-ups: your email address.
• Registration for the season happens on an external form (Tally). What you provide there is described on that form.

How I use it

To answer you, to send you the reminder or notification you asked for, and to organize your registration or participation. Nothing else. I do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Where your information travels

This website is hosted by Netlify, messages sent through the forms are processed by Formspree, and the fonts are served by Google Fonts. The servers of these providers can be located outside Canada, notably in the United States. By submitting a form, you consent to this transfer. Registration is handled by Tally, whose own privacy policy applies on their pages.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It keeps a few small preferences in your own browser, such as remembering that the opening animation already played, and these identify nothing about you.

Retention and security

I keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to me, then it is deleted securely.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@houseofabundance.ca. I answer within 30 days.

Complaints

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec at cai.gouv.qc.ca.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated.
