The philosophy
In my family, abundance was never about having more. It was food from my Nonna's kitchen, something grown in my Nonno's garden, advice, laughter, encouragement. Making sure no one ever left empty-handed. House of Abundance is that idea, given a home.
A house is more than four walls. It is a place to move freely, feel comfortable, and be completely yourself.

Founder of the House
I've spent my life watching women walk into a class believing they could not dance, and then walk out taller. I hold a BSc in Behavioural Neuroscience from Concordia and an ICF Level 2 coaching certification, and I use both quietly: in how a class is paced, how repetition builds trust, and how encouragement lands.
Dance is the vehicle, but the practice reaches far beyond the choreography.
